This is the antithesis of the Beatles “A day in the life” but it’s Jeff’s equal to that amazing song in its legend and story telling. In many ways it’s surpassed that legendary tale, especially in today’s exposure to it. It’s a perfect ending to the Concerto for a Rainy Day. Such a bubbly positive song, that is the perfection of orchestral, rock and pop fused into the perfect song. One of the all time greats!
